• Morning – Arrive in a local village west of Agadir, where you’ll begin by making Moroccan Mint Tea, a staple of the region. Your local host will guide you through every step, from selecting fresh herbs to perfecting the flavor.
• Lunch – After enjoying a Moroccan omelet, prepare and cook a Tajine, Morocco’s quintessential dish, over a traditional open fire.
• 3:00 PM – Return to your accommodation with a newfound appreciation and skills to recreate Moroccan dishes at home.
