Welcome to Ecolodge Adventures! Before you book with us, it’s important to understand our terms and conditions:

Who’s Who:

 

– Customer: That’s you, the person paying for the booking.

– Passengers/Travelers/Guests: Everyone named or unnamed on the booking.

– You/Your: Refers to any customer, including all passengers on the booking.

– Transport Operator: The professional who provides the transport service.

 

Booking Process:

– You must be at least 18 years old to book.

– Make sure all details are correct and pay in full.

– Once confirmed, a contract is formed between you and Ecolodge Adventures.

– If we can’t provide the service, you’ll get a full refund.

– Keep an eye on your email for updates.

– Show your booking confirmation when needed.

– Minors need adult supervision to book.

Payments:

– We accept bank transfers and PayPal.

– PayPal is for bookings over a certain amount.

– Prices are in Euros, US dollars, or local currency as specified.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve made our cancellation policy flexible for your convenience. Here’s what you need to know:

Confirmed Bookings:

  •         You have 24 hours after booking to cancel without penalties.
  •         No refund is available if you cancel less than 24 hours before your experience starts.
  •         Cancel more than 7 days before your booking time for a full refund.
  •         If we cancel your booking, you’ll get a full refund.

Same-Day Bookings:

  •         No refunds for bookings made for the same day.

Unconfirmed Bookings:

  •         For bookings made on request, wait for confirmation within 48 hours.
  •         If not confirmed within 48 hours, cancel for a full refund.

Rescheduling Option:
