After a morning pick-up from your chosen Marrakech location, you will be driven to the farm a few miles from the city center. Here the delightful Moroccan cook, Nezha, will teach you all you need to know. The main meal in her cookery program changes according to the day of the week, but she will introduce you to an array of aromas and equipment, such as the conical pots that are used to prepare traditional tagines.
The easy-to-follow course, on specially prepared and individual workstations, will be fun and educational. After you have prepared your meal, including breads, salads and desserts, it is time to enjoy the results on the terrace, set among olive, lemon and orange groves.
