Enjoy a 6-day tour through the Moroccan Atlas and highlands, exploring natural sights, encountering local tribes, and visiting Islamic fortresses known as kasbahs.

Day 1: Marrakech, Ouzoud Falls, Azilal, Valley of Aït Bougumez (Meals: L)

Depart for the Valley of Ait Bougmez and see the famous Ouzoud waterfalls. At the peak of the falls, you can see a few ancient small mills still in operation. If you are lucky, catch a glimpse of wild monkeys near the falls before continuing through the Aghbar Pass and enjoy a spectacular view of Mgoun, the second highest summit in Morocco. 

Day 2: Valley of Aït Bougumez, Zawyat Ahnsal, Rocher Cathedral, Anrgui (Meals: L)

Start out with a visit to an archaeological dig where thousands of dinosaur fossils have been found. Pass through the village of Tisi N’lsly to wander magnificent forests. Visit the village of Zaouia Ahansal and finish at the foot of the highest cliffs in Morocco: The Cathedral and Anrgui.

Day 3: Anrgui, Lake Tislite, Imilchil (Meals: L)

See the pastoral world of the High Atlas from the White River (Assif Melloul) and arrive at the village of Khaimas. Visit the village of Tizi N’lsly and learn the tragic love story of Tislit and Isli, an important cultural legend to the Berber tribes of the highlands: the Ait Haddidou and Ait Brahim.

Day 4: Imilchil, Lake Tislit, Lake Isli, Gorges of Todra, Gorges of Dadès, Boumalene Dadès (Meals: L)

See the Lakes Isli and Tislite and discover the important local tribe of Ait Hadiddou. Cross the Tigrouzine pass to see the beautiful palm groves at the gorges of Todra.

Day 5: Gorges of Dadès, Valley of Roses, Skoura (Meals: L, D)

Visit the Gorges of Dadès and head down the Road of the Thousand Kasbahs (Islamic fortresses) to the Valley of Roses.Visit a beautiful kasbah in the palm grove of Skoura.

Day 6: Skoura, Ouarzazate, Aït Ben Haddou, Telouet, Marrakesh (Meals: L)

Head to Ouarzazate, with an optional tour of the Atlas Film Studios. Explore the complex courtyards of Kasbah Taourirt before visiting the village of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO site and location of the sets of many classic movies such as Gladiator and Babel.
